GENERAL:
NON-PAYMENT OF THE PURCHASED PRODUCT:
6. If the buyer does not pay the price of the purchased product or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.
UNAUTHORIZED USE OF CREDIT CARD IN PURCHASES:
7. After the product is delivered, if it is determined by unauthorized persons that the credit card used by the buyer is used for commercial purposes unfairly, and if the amount of the sold product is not paid to the seller by the bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the contract product to the seller within 3 days, with shipping costs borne by the SELLER.
DELIVERY CANNOT BE MADE WITHIN THE EXPECTED TIME DUE TO UNFORESEEN REASONS: 8. If unforeseeable force majeure reasons occur and the product cannot be delivered within the specified time, the situation is notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement with a similar product, or postponement of the delivery until the obstacle is removed. If the payment is canceled, if the payment is made in cash, the amount is refunded to the buyer in cash within 14 days from the cancellation. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price is refunded to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it may take 2-3 weeks for the bank to transfer it to the buyer's account.
BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:
9. The buyer must examine the contract goods/services before receiving them; damaged or worn goods/services with dents, breaks, torn packaging, etc. should not be received from the cargo company. The received goods/services are accepted as undamaged and sound. The BUYER must protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal will be used, the goods/services must not be used. The product must be returned with the invoice.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
10. The BUYER; within 14 (four) days from the date of delivery of the product purchased to himself or to the person/organization at the specified address, can exercise the right of withdrawal from the contract by notifying the SELLER through the contact information below, without undertaking any legal and criminal liability and without giving any reason, by rejecting the product.
